About Us

Tollison & Company, is a residential construction company specializing in new construction, renovations and restorations. Our company was founded in 2013 with the beliefs that residential construction should be transparent, affordable and exciting. We do this by listening to our clients and using our expertise to guide homeowners to the project that will best meet their needs. Our team is ready to partner with you so the uncertainty and anxiety is taken out of the process.

We strive to be transparent about all costs, working with our clients to stay within budget and complete projects on time. We carefully select amazing subcontractors and vendors who will help us make your vision a reality and fit your individual needs. We do all of this by putting ourselves in our client’s shoes. Tollison & Company will be with you through the entire process—from start to finish.

Meet the Team

Tracey Henry Tollison

Tracey founded Tollison & Company, LLC in 2013 with more than 22 years of building experience. As a former project manager for the Rives E. Worrell Company, Tracey supervised new home and renovation projects for The Sea Island Company and sophisticated homeowners throughout Coastal Georgia. On the commercial side, Tracey worked on projects based at Memorial Health University Medical Center, St. Joseph’s/Candler Health System, Savannah-Chatham County Public School System, and Telfair Museums’ Jepson Center for the Arts. With a desire to return to her passion for custom homebuilding and renovation, Tracey came full circle with the creation of Tollison & Company. With her notebook and tape measure in hand, Tracey is ready to make your house your home. (You will never find Tracey without her notebook, iPhone, and tape measure.)

Testimonials

We are only as good as our last job.

A happy, satisfied client is our best advertising.

  • Tracey Tollison did a magnificent job of managing the renovation of our home; completing the significant project on time, under budget and with a result that exceeded our expectations. We feel like we moved into a new house but with far less cost and interruption for our family.
James C. McCurry, Jr.Chief Administrative Officer | Georgia Ports Authority
  • We had Tracey build our recent home. We had not built before and didn’t know what we didn’t know! As we interviewed recommended builders, it quickly became evident we were comfortable with Tracey, and she and her team were patient with us. Most importantly, the finished quality was better than we could have dreamed. The process was equally pleasing, as Tracey’s design, finish carpentry, and other appearance recommendations and solutions were better than we could suggest. Her team leader, Ronnie was equally as good with the subcontractors and all the unseen build-elements a novice would not know to look for. Also importantly, they stayed on budget and were clear about allowance-costs and change order implications. All in all, a better experience than we could have ever imagined.

  • Working with Tracey was easy. She did our home 3 years ago and a beach cottage last year. Using the same contractor a second time should speak for itself.
