About Us
We strive to be transparent about all costs, working with our clients to stay within budget and complete projects on time. We carefully select amazing subcontractors and vendors who will help us make your vision a reality and fit your individual needs. We do all of this by putting ourselves in our client’s shoes. Tollison & Company will be with you through the entire process—from start to finish.
Meet the Team
Tracey Henry Tollison
Tracey founded Tollison & Company, LLC in 2013 with more than 18 years of building experience. As a former project manager for the Rives E. Worrell Company, Tracey supervised new home and renovation projects for The Sea Island Company and sophisticated homeowners throughout Coastal Georgia. On the commercial side, Tracey worked on projects based at Memorial Health University Medical Center, St. Joseph’s/Candler Health System, Savannah-Chatham County Public School System, and Telfair Museums’ Jepson Center for the Arts. With a desire to return to her passion for custom homebuilding and renovation, Tracey came full circle with the creation of Tollison & Company. With her notebook and tape measure in hand, Tracey is ready to make your house your home. (You will never find Tracey without her notebook, iPhone, and tape measure.)
Ronnie Odum, Superintendent
Ronnie has been building his reputation of excellence in home construction for over 30 years. His expertise lies in overseeing complex projects and ensuring the highest quality is achieved through a deep understanding of construction methods. Prior to joining Tollison & Company, Ronnie was the owner of Ronnie Odum Construction. Ronnie brings knowledge that can only be cultivated though years of hands on experience. He is always eager to listen and problem solve, which is why our clients call him “Ronnie the Great”.
Robert Walsh, Master Carpenter
With over 15 years in the business, there is not much Robert can’t create. Tell him your vision or show him your inspiration picture and he will make it a reality. By having Robert onboard as our full-time carpenter on staff, it ensures that all our projects meet our quality control criteria. To see some examples of Robert’s work, click here.
Charlene Odum, Office Manager
Charlene runs the show at 811 East 66th Street. In addition to managing the office, she ensures all our clients, subcontractors, and vendors receive the best service. We know communication is key and our clients like to be in the know with scheduling and Charlene keeps us all on track. At Tollison & Company, we value all of these relationships in delivering a quality product each time.
